Maya, the goddess of the moon, is in human form as a college student for now—and she’s grounded. This doesn’t keep her from doing what she does well, manipulating the world and everything in it, from the home she can’t leave.
I loved Mina V. Esguerra’s Interim Goddess of Love, so when she initially released a this companion short story a year ago, I gobbled it all up. And it was an interesting take on Vida’s side and her motivations/inclinations in all of what was to transpire in the stories.
She has now rereleased it with a cover art and illustrations. And the quiet short story comes alive with the beautiful and detailed drawings by Raine Sarmiento, and fits quite well with the feel of the setup. Something ethereal yet tangible.
If you’ve read and love the IGoL series, this is a must have. You can download it now free from Smashwords.
